Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Num. of words: 200000
Information for the blog/website: Rewriting A Large Website
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: UK / AUS / NZ / CAN / USA / RSA WRITERS ONLY
Please, please don't apply if you aren't a native English speaker and writer from one of these countries. You will be ignored and blocked otherwise, no exceptions.
Anyway, I have a huge writing project that will need to be split up between a few of you and requires 200 000 words of website content rewritten in UK English. The content will be sent to you in a Word Document with clear heading structures and underlying paragraphs. The headings are to remain the same, but the content is to be reworded to mean the same thing but to change the company name etc and also pass Copyscape / in no way be duplicate content. The content is very technical to an extent, but someone with a good grasp of English should have no problem with it as it is just rewriting and phrasing things.
The content needs to be right the first time around and exceptionally accurate, and there may be a tiny bit of research required (just Googling stuff), but again, common sense should prevail. If you have a lot of time on your hands and sounds like a job you will be up for - then please will you send me the following information:
- How many words per day you can do
- Price for rewording 1000 words
- Any articles you have written that are published online
- Location
- The 100-word paragraph in the extra notes section rewritten.
The project is to start from Monday and will need to be finished as soon as possible, as such the workload will be divided among a few writers.
Extra notes: Providing real estate tax advice can be complicated and may depend on where the person owning the property is situated. Our team of industry-leading tax lawyers is well-attuned to the different requirements of our clients and is alive to the issues and opportunities that exist when purchasing UK real estate.
We offer comprehensive advice on all areas of property tax law, including the tax implications of property investment, financing and development transactions. We work closely with our real estate team to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective solution to often complex tax issues, including corporate taxes, stamp taxes, ATED, VAT and capital allowances.
Clients and beneficiaries alike recommend us for our diligent and pragmatic approach to their real estate tax matters, which include establishing property funds, safeguarding and maximising capital allowances, property-related securitizations and tax issues arising from land assembly projects.

Hello Kyle,
Is this content from your own website?Kyle J.07 Oct 2017Hi there,
Yes, we are building out a second lead generation website for the search engines. Duplicate content isn't allowed so we're rewriting the whole site. -
Is this not open to native English speakers in Ireland? I am a published author with proofreading and rewriting experience available every morning next week
