Hi, I am looking for a good creative writer who is able to help me to put a series of guides together regarding HR and recruitment topics. Someone with up to date knowledge of this area would be preferable. The ability to be able to use Powerpoint would also be useful as these are meant to be downloadable E-Books.
I am willing to pay up to £100 per product/Guide -
The idea person is a competent and professional English (UK) writer who can create an informative, up-to-date, technical 7,000 word guide on the following titles and chapters:
Handling the redundancy process (7,000 words)
Think you need to make redundancies?
- How to appraise the needs of your business and looking at other options other than redundancy.
- Can you restructure?
- Can you vary people's contracts or hours?
Approaching the redundancy process with a plan
- Who needs to be involved?
- Do you know your legal responsibilities?
Redundancy consultations
- What's involved
- Your responsibilities
The rights of your employees
- Your employee's right to appeal
- The employees right to time off work for interviews etc.
- What you need to know as an employer
Selection criteria for redundancy
- What is involved
- Your responsibilities and what the law states
- The selection criteria explained
Who should handle the meetings?
- Choosing the right person to conduct the meetings
- What do they need?
- How to brief them and what they need to know
- Providing them with the right level of support
The correct paperwork
- What paperwork do I need?
- Where can I get the paperwork from which is relevant to the UK?
How to leave on good terms
- Out-placing
- Providing support after the process
Redundancy payments
- The statutory requirements with regards to redundancy payments explained
I would like the style of the content to be positive and upbeat. The content must be unique and not copied from any website or other source and relevant to the UK job market only. Once the work is created you will be required to sign a transfer of copyright agreement which transfers the rights to the written work to me.
If you think you can help, please send me some examples of anything that you may have done in the past.
Thank you!
Nicola
