Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are a private trading company. We trade equity indices, currencies, commodities. What we do for our customers and clients? We develop a concise weekly strategy report for a specific asset, which is then made available for download from our website. So basically we are long term traders (means we hold positions open overnight) and we use our own strategy developed by our analysts. Company website http://forecastglobal.com/
We are looking for a native English speaker who could write concise but comprehensive coverage of the latest economic and financial news and events on a daily basis, 2 written articles a day of around 500 words, which will then be posted on our company website.
For example, recently Greece came into the spotlight again and EU finance ministers gathered in Brussels to discuss conditions of the next tranche of bailout. After three meeting they finally reached a deal and on November 27th they revealed the details of the deal. So this is an event. What we need is an article describing conditions of the deal and a short conclusion. For instance, start with the fact that it took them 3 meetings to hammer out a deal and the bottom line is that haircuts will still be required. (this is a simplified version of course, just trying to make it as clear as possible). Another good topic could be fiscal cliff negotiations etc. All articles should be written with a specific currency pair, commodity, equity index in mind. Basically, mention what impact this or another event may have and how it could influence the market.
As for the sources of information you may have your own ideas, while we suggest Bloomberg, CNBC, Financial Times (online subscription available), Reuters, Wall Street Journal. Other sources like BBC, Guardian etc. Are not preferred.
As for ideas for writing we may supply some suggestions we have particular interest in, otherwise it should be relevant to European, US, Chinese, Australian economic data release of event.
Please lets me know if you need more details.
Looking forward to hear from you.
