Reading, GBThe article produced was not relevant to the request placed. Verify poor communication and did not respond to messages. Did not amend the article as promised. Very disappointing.
LOUISE O.
In response to the feedback left, I was requested to write an article that covered in detail models/approaches used so solve problems so I therefore used the McKinsey framework and received the following feedback initially which further proves that the point re "poor communication" is untrue:
"Louise,
Thanks for this, however, the details do not show the practical steps to generate solutions to problems or to generate ideas to solve everyday work situations. I am sorry, but the text covers more strategic aspects of business planning / change. I need something more simpler, that describes practical steps to generate solutions to problems or to generate ideas to solve everyday work situations."
Quoting the brief below hoping this will give reason to the approach I took:
"We are looking for quality and substance in the article that would appeal to professionals"
I responded asking for further guidance and the article was since paid. As with all my content if for any reason you are not happy with the content I would not expect you to pay for it. This article is available for potential clients to view as is a portfolio of samples.

Sandhurst, GBLouise did OK.

I am fully aware everyone is entitled to feedback but I do not agree with this and think it is a bit unfair. I completed task to brief (lacked in detail), on time and to a very short deadline. I made myself available late in the evening to answer any questions. I received limited feedback which I responded by stating I will work until you (the client) is happy with the work but client continued to pay invoice and leave limited feedback. I don't expect any client of mine to pay an invoice if they are unhappy, revisions are of course included.

London, GBThe tone of the content was not suitable, the writers response rate was incredibly poor and I still haven't heard from her. Overall, disappointed.
LOUISE O.
Thank you for the feedback but I am a little confused. I was given free reign on this article and no guidance was supplied in regards to the tone. I met your requirements (very short brief) and produced an article about Birmingham and linked the subject "bathrooms" which in itself is very difficult to do. I responded to your initial feedback asking to change the tone and my response was for further information. No response was received and as the invoice was released for payment I assumed you were happy with the content. More than happy to discuss further.
