Translation Bulgarian (1885) Historical Book to Academic English

I am seeking an experienced translator or someone building their portfolio to translate a rare Bulgarian book published in 1885 into high-quality academic English. A postgraduate student in history/languages is acceptable and uses AI tools but able to carefully review and correct output is acceptable.

The text is written in pre-1945 Bulgarian orthography and concerns historical and political themes relating to Macedonia in the late 19th century. Accuracy, nuance, and sensitivity to historical terminology are essential and will be reviewed and edited after.
