Translate Spanish into English

This is:

1) the translation of a short email plus two Word attachments, total word count 3252, from Spanish into English. The content concerns an Urbanization dispute over legal, planning and building issues. There is also a 4-page letter on the same topics, which is only available in scanned form: I have done a rough count up and estimate that it is about 3200 words long, so the whole job is approximately 6500 words.

There is also 2), a lawyers report on legal issues about infrastructure and urbanizations in Spain: it would be helpful if the translator is familiar with legal terms and modes of expression in Spanish and is able to make the issues easily understood in plain English. Word document, 4659 words.
