Translate Ergonomic Chairs marketing material to Spanish

We are a company producing and selling ergonomic chairs, desks and accessories in 25+ countries. Our headquarters is in Singapore with also local teams in France, the UK and the USA.

We are seeking a long-term relationship with a Spanish native translator to translate our marketing materials and copy from English to Spanish.

We currently rely primarily on AI, which yields results that are not entirely satisfactory. We are seeking a native speaker to review our translations or provide translation services.

Ideally, the right person is someone who is accustomed to creating marketing content and can also identify cultural gaps between the content and Spanish culture. For example, in Singapore, we may advertise for "Sit comfortably for Long and Intense Work Sessions", which may not resonate well in Spain (or the rest of Europe).

We need translations for this type of material:
* ecommerce site pages
* emails
* online ads copy
* video and image creative texts
* offline pull up banners or posters
* etc...

We see two phases in our collaboration

Initial phase: review all existing material. We will work by batches of text from 500 to 1500 words ideally, unless you have a different preference or proposal

Then regularly (every 1 to 3 weeks in general): batch of translation for content we modified or new content

We will propose to work on an excel sheet with English column and Spanish column. But we can accommodate other ways if this makes things simpler.
