We're providing feedback regarding the email template designed by Olivia for collecting sales feedback on our website.

Our expectation was to receive an aesthetically pleasing template that aligned with our brand guidelines. Unfortunately, the delivered template was extremely basic and did not meet our quality expectations.

Upon seeing the initial design, we expressed concerns about the quality and requested that the project be withdrawn. This request was declined, and full payment was insisted upon.

We were significantly disappointed with the quality of the work and the apparent lack of attention to our instructions.
