Software translator needed, English -> Portuguese

We are looking for a Portuguese translator for the interface of our patient platform. Translations would be from English to Portuguese.

We are introducing Portuguese as one of our supported languages and therefore primarily require translations for our whole interface, but we are also looking for someone who can provide translations each time we release a new feature.

We’d prefer to pay on a per word basis where you could invoice us monthly.
