I need some Arabic market research done

I am looking for an Arabic speaker to make some phone calls to insurance companies in Libya, to ascertain if they are still operating and to set up and do interviews with someone from the company to discuss developments and trends with the various lines of business, encompassing general insurance and life and health. Interviews are planned to be 20 to 30 minutes. Notes would need to be provided of the interviews and who was interviewed. Some questions will be provided, a sheet to complete for notes, and a spreadsheet.

The ideal candidate, in addition to being an Arabic speaker, would have insurance experience and product knowledge.
The project may be extended with additional questions, and further projects with different countries may arise in the future.
