The job was to translate 31 pages from English to Arabic. Unfortunately, after submitting the payment I found out that the translation was not completed. There were 10 pages of the article she did not translate them to Arabic. I wish I could give her more starts for the job, but I think 2 starts is a fair review for the uncompleted job.

not true ,the file he sent me was a pdf in a short rows so it was 31 pages but i translated it in a microsoft word long rows so it was less number of pages than the original pdf thats it , i completed my job .
