We are about to release our latest product and we have a number of business partners who require the product translated into different languages. The product is a cloud based website builder, allowing users to log in and create a website, blog, ecommerce store, and publish their site with minimal effort. The software has a drag and drop interface and is marketed towards small to medium businesses looking to create websites for themselves. We need a translator who is comfortable translating regular English as well as IT terminology into Hungarian for us.
We require:
-Translate from English into: Hungarian
-Words: approx. 8,000
-Translation location: Hosted online on PhraseApp (We will give you access)
-Completion date: As soon as possible. (ideally no later than 7-10 days after proposal acceptance - this is extremely important to us.)
We will provide you with:
-Access to PhraseApp to update the translations. (We will require a valid email address to send your invite)
-Access to a test account on our application, so you can check your translations.
-Documentation explaining how to carry out translations, find translation strings in our software, raise queries, etc.
-Support via our Support team who can help you with any queries or contextual questions you might have for the translation. This is done through our Zendesk portal. Details of how to raise queries are included in the documentation.
Our preferred method to translate the software is to fill out all of the translations through PhraseApp, and then we upload those translations to our software so you can check them for accuracy through the test account we will provide so you can make sure your translations fit, they are in context, etc. Once you have completed the translation, we will submit them to a 3rd party for checking before we release final payment to you. This shouldn't take more than two or three days after you complete the translation.
