I need 50,000 words of complex, heavily nuanced English translating into Mandarin

We develop online sales talent assessments and we will need 50,000 words minimum of complex English translating into left to right reading traditional Mandarin. The hardest part of the translation relates to where we have a complex question and seven possible answers. The delineation between the answers is very fine in places so it is important that the differences, which often are simply 'nuances' are clearly differentiated in the Mandarin. I understand that this is not always easy with a language like Mandarin, hence we need very fluent English speakers who are also native mandarin speakers. We are planning to start this job late this month with a view to it being completed, tested, and the translation validated end of February ideally.
