Full ecommerce website translation from English to German

We would like to get our website fully translated from English into German.

The way we would like this done is not in any specific technical format but in a very simple way so we can use the text across many ecommerce websites.

So for example, please see the attached file.
This was done for us many years ago (in French)
The translator has visited the website, gone to the page and copied it to word, then they have translated it paragraph by paragraph.
This means I can then take this and use it on eBay and Amazon very easily as well as on the translated version of our website.

Ideally the files would be sent to us in a categorised way similar to the structure of the website.
So for example it would be like this;

Aquarium (folder) > documents inside for the aquarium category page translations
Aquarium (folder) > Fish Tanks (folder) documents inside for the fish tanks category page translations
Aquarium (folder) > Fish Tanks (folder) > Cabinet Fish Tanks (folder) documents inside for Cabinet Fish Tanks PRODUCT translations

All pages on the site will need translating so this will include terms and conditions, about us etc.

We are looking for this job to be completed at the rate of £30 per 1000 words.
