English to French translation

I have a letter of just under 400 words that needs to be sent to the French ministry for Social affairs. Although I have marked this project as an English/French translation I have in fact already composed the letter in French (I am English). Although I don't expect the text to have many grammatical errors it is likely that the structure of the text is un-French. So I want a sophisticated native French translator to polish it up so that Baudelaire would be proud of it. Even though the job may appear a bit trivial I am happy to pay fair money even if few corrections are necessary. Also, I have an ongoing need for this kind of work in the future.
