EFL Materials Writer

Our company publishes online learning materials for English as a Foreign Language students. These are self-access materials available over the internet.

We are currently looking for writers to help develop materials for a skills based materials library. We will provide all input items; however, we need writers to produce question sets to specification at specific language levels. The number of questions for each input item will be dependent on the length of the input, but as a general rule lower level items will have 10 questions and higher levels may have 15. There will be different types of questions: multiple choice, short answer, gap fill, matching, etc.

The nature of this project is that it is somewhat open-ended but I would estimate 4 weeks. We will start with listening and move onto reading. You should be able to allocate at least 10 hours per week to production and preferably more.

For the purposes of your bid, please provide your hourly rate. Short list candidates will be provided with an example brief and asked to show an example of work. You should be able to provide a CV with EFL teaching and materials production experience.
