Typing my handwritten manuscript

I need my handwritten manuscript transcribed/typed into a Word file.
I have approximately 100 pps of handwriting. My handwriting is cursive with many crossed out lines and changes although there may only be a total of 150 words per page of handwriting. I write on yellow legal pads but the pages are 8 1/2 by 11 inches.

I would like a turn around of 3 to 4 weeks maximum from start of project. The transcription will be returned to me in hard copy form and as a file via email.
