She turned around several video transcripts (full of industry specific terminology) to a high standard in a very short space of time. I'd wouldn't hesitate to recommend Isla to anyone else carrying out depth interviews or to anyone who wants an audio or video typed up. In fact, I've just placed another order for more of the same!
