Transcription of tv programmes

We have won a contract to transcribe 2000 hours (120,000 minutes) of news and educational tv programmes.
The project is due to start on or around 9 February 2012 and all transcription work must be completed by 19 April 2012. We already have a team of transcriptionists ready to start work, but because of the sheer volume, we need more help!
We are looking for completely accurate and timely transcriptions. The number of audio minutes will be allocated to each transcriptionist at the start of the project, and delivery of a set number of completed transcriptions will need to be made on a set day, on a weekly basis.
As part of the condition of us winning this contract, each transcriptionist accepted on the team will need to complete (the same) 5 minute test that will be assessed by our internal reviewers.
There is a fixed rate per audio minute, and so the total amount of pay will obviously depend on how many audio minutes you take on. Under the budget information, this job ad doesn't give me the option to give an appropriate range.
