Transcribing video lectures for academic websites

I'm looking for someone to write down the speech from a selection of videos, totalling approximately 10 hours of loose interview and lecture-style speech. All of the video clips are in English, some are only 5 minutes long. These transcripts are required to complement the videos by academic institutions and used commercially, the spelling and punctuation should be to a high standard.
