Audio transcription

I have a 45 minute video presentation which plays in Windows Media Player. The presentation describes creating advertisements and a publication using Microsoft Publisher. I need a written transcript of the audio part - it isn't necessary to watch the video although that would help if any voice part isn't clear. The transcript doesn't need to be formatted (other than section titles) and just needs to be delivered back in any text program e.g. MS-Word. Once I have narrowed the bids I will send a small segment in a .wav file to help clarify the work.
