Audio transcription

We are looking for a number of home-based audio transcribers for on-going work. Typists must be native English speakers, type at least 70 WPM, be familiar with British and foreign accents, and have excellent spelling/ grammar skills and attention to detail. You must also have at least 6 months' transcription experience and the necessary transcription software/hardware. Our rate of pay starts at 45p per minute of audio.

In your proposal, please outline your transcription experience and any other relevant work experience, as well as your educational background. Most of our transcription work is for academic research, so we attempt to link transcribers with relevant expertise to each project.

At the moment, we have a range of files to be transcribed, from 20 minutes to 2 hours in length.
