We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations & Training Documentation Specialist to help capture and organize our existing workflows into clear, structured training materials and process documentation. This role requires someone who can closely observe how our team operates, ask the right questions to understand key details, and translate that knowledge into comprehensive guides, SOPs, and workflow documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that our processes are well-documented and easily transferable, allowing future team members to onboard seamlessly with minimal direct training.
Project Scope & Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive documentation for key operational processes.
Create checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams to outline business functions.
Build and organize training materials, onboarding guides, and instructional documents.
Assist in setting up and refining project management systems (e.g., Asana) for workflow tracking.
Shadow key team members (virtually) to capture knowledge, workflows, and best practices, translating them into structured documentation.
Develop assessments, training modules, training videos, and reference materials for new hires.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations documentation, training development, or process improvement.
Strong ability to organize and translate complex information into clear, structured formats.
Proficiency in documentation tools.
Experience creating visual workflows, process maps, and SOPs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interview team members and extract key insights.
Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
Project Details:
Contract-based, one-time project (potential for future work if needed).
Fully remote.
