Write my resume and one cover letter

I need an experienced resume writer to prepare my resume and a cover letter.

I require a basic yet professional looking resume and cover letter for customer service roles, and a generic cover letter that I can alter as required because I am on a tight budget.

I am more or less returning to work after years of managing my large family and fostering children. So my relevant work experience is very inconsistent.

I am having a confidence crisis and complete writers block, so I would appreciate the services of a communication expert, and word wizard.

If you are familiar with resume screening software, modern single page resume design and dynamic wording that would be wonderful as I have been informed that that is what I need.
