Refresh of my existing CV

I am currently looking for a new job due to redundancy after working with the same company for over 10 years.
As such I am worried that my CV is too jargon heavy and focussed to much on applying for internal jobs.
I would like someone to be able to review my existing CV and draft a new version more suited to applying for external opportunities.
THe level of job I am looking for should be a senior role within Continurous Improvement and focus on design and delivery of projects.
