Experience Level: Expert
Kind of writing: Other
Industry: Business
Extensive research needed: no
Extra notes: Hello All,
I need an effective, creative and persuasive writer who can write up an effective proposal to managers to regrade my current role to the grade above.
For this task, I will be able to provide the writer:
• My CV – which will be able to give you information on my background, experiences, and education.
• A list of task and projects I have undertaken which I believe is beyond my payscale. I have also reference each task to the relevant JD of a senior post which I can provide and should be part of the appendices - which should help strengthen the argument.
• With a current JD, and JD’s of my peers and JD of a senior role that I currently function as.
• I also will be able to provide company grading documents which will allow you to understand the requirements of next grade up.
I want the document to be written like a report with an introduction, rationale, analysis, peer comparison, conclusion & recommendation and appendices (or similar).
I want the writer to be able to read between the lines and be very creative. I will be able to provide lots of examples, but I need the writer to be able to flesh things out using their own initiative and experiences. The writer should be comfortable to think outside the box.
The role is to progress from General Administrator to Office Manager/Executive Officer post.
Please bid is you think you will be able to contribute.
