I need a curriculum vitae and covering letter

I seek an experienced recruiter with demonstrable experience of preparing curriculum vitae and covering letter for specific job vacancy advert and job description. I want two-way discussion throughout the project, not "here you go here's the job advert now get on and prepare my CV". We will agree an hourly rate for you before starting this project, and I am budgeting for quite a lot of hours.
