Isaac is good at what he does, but perhaps my project was a challenge to far. He was not able to produce a social work related CV and the cover letter that I required despite his best efforts (the tone and background knowledge were not there yet). As it would have taken too much time we agreed to abandon the project. I paid 50% of the agreed price as a gesture of goodwill for Isaac's best efforts.
