CV and covering letter

I am seeking support in applying for jobs after working for one organisation for over 23 years and supporting my partner with his business until we sold it last year, which I want to capture in the cover letter and on my CV. I am low-level, with an HNC in business administration, seeking to find a job that will provide me job satisfaction, I am not good a writing about myself and get a brain block. I would like a generic CV and cover letter that can be applied to general admin jobs and FInance Assistant roles.
