ATS CV & Linked in conversion to traditional CV

I had an ATS CV done on here and was pleased with it but have encountered a lot of confusion from recruiters for the information it doesn't contain such as dates of employments and other things like it not being very readable by humans.

I am looking to step up my career from 1st/2nd line helpdesk jobs to either training or management roles and need a CV that I can send out that is more intuitive for the people that receive it.
