Medical Manuscript Formatting and Publishing

I need an experienced editor to help format my medical manuscript according to various journal standards and assist with the publication process.
I just completed my MD in Psychiatry, and my thesis is due for publication.
My thesis is on EPILEPSY, the complete manuscript is ready, and so I need someone who can help me publish, draft it according to requirements of certain journals.
