Editing and proof-reading for a design paper

I am looking for a professional editor with a background in architecture to support me with editing and proof-reading a research paper. Candidiate must be able to:
1. Patient, flexible, and interested in the topic of design.
2. Excellent English written skills.
3. Curious and willing to do side research when needed.
4. Have call working sessions and discussions. (NOT only written communication)
5. Use Google Docs.
6. Provide reviews/comments and opinionated.
7. Efficient and keen about the work, and accepts transfers monthly.
