Proofreader to assist on a hourly basis

Extra notes: One of the members of the team has a fairly good grasp on English, however he lacks the cutting finish and sends a lot of outbound emails. I would like a higher standard however don't have the time to personally proof read everything due to being out of the office on a regular basis.

I'm looking for a proofreader with high standards to be able to assist him on an hourly basis. This would suit a freelance writer, who can fill minutes around projects by responding to any communications he sends over (we'd like to do this via Skype).

We'd like for the proofreader to not only be able to quickly correct flaws, but ensure they're relayed back to him in order to educate him on mistakes.

I'd like to do this on an hourly rate and look forward to hearing back from people.
