You will be part of the remote content delivery team which takes great pride in ensuring that the teaching resources and study materials are reviewed and quality assured. The main purpose of the role is to assist the writing team in a range of tasks which include researching, writing, editing and proof-reading learning content.
The ideal candidates will have a hawk’s eye for detail, self-motivated and self-managing, and you will need to manage your own projects towards clear deadlines.
Responsibilities of the role include:
• Reviewing content to ensure consistency of tone, language and style
• Liaising with the Writing Team to ensure you are up to date on
• Timely production of high quality, error free, ready to print study materials
• Produce study materials using agreed templates in line with style guidelines
• Creating questions from study materials and presenting it in an accessible and digestible way.
Skills for the role:
• Excellent proof reading skills – checking for spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors.
• Paraphrasing - ability to communicate complex information into layman’s terms
• Excellent English writing skills
• Strong research skills with the ability to get to grips quality with different subject matters
• Good attention to details
• Confident communicating professionally at all levels
• Ability to work individually and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Ability to adapt and improve your method of working so that any mistakes identified are not repeated!
