My client is looking for proofreaders and editors to be available on a freelance basis to take jobs as and when their clients send them.

The fee is fixed at £10 per thousand words. Successful applicants will be given access to a forum where jobs can be collected. There is no obligation to take jobs, or alternatively, you can take as many as you like :)

Minimum requirements: undergraduate degree from a UK university (or extensive experience of proofreading and editing). The documents you will be working with will include academic documents, research proposals, job (and other) applications, as well as some CVs, film scripts and others.

Extra discretionary payments are made in order to cultivate the most available and consistently high-quality proofreaders.
