Proof Read

Proof read and give some feedback on two projects I am working on.
They are both about 2 pages in which it details the projects. It is made of clearly indexed sections which describe the different facets of the projects.
Probably readable in about 5 minutes, maybe 10 at a stretch.
The things I would be hoping to highlight is that
1) You understand what it is I plan to do and identify any areas that are not clear
2) That its not boring
3) Sounds Professional

For ease I would hope to receive your feedback via telephone all though if it is no extra effort for you to annotate the document we could do that.
I was hoping the whole process would take no less than 1 - 1 1/2hour of your time.
I have a budget of £25, is this something you could do?
