Improve copywriting in educational guides

We have drafted four short information guides. The copy needs to be improved to make it more professional and easier to understand.

The target for these guides are people who work in the charitable sector who will have varying levels of technical knowledge. As a general rule of thumb, make the copy friendly, easy to understand, to the point and good to read.

The text for the PDF's are in the ZIP folder and there is a draft PDF you can review.

EXAMPLES OF THINGS TO LOOK FOR
Checks spelling is English UK, currently
Check for instances of 'Charity Lottery' and either replace Charity with society or delete that word.
Replace TWL admin centre with "your Admin Centre" and add the url https://twladmin.com/ appropriately.
Remove all uses of etc. List the reasons or end the sentence. Never use etc, it's lazy
Remove repetition of the word lottery if the lottery is already the subject of the sentence.

Making sure that your lottery has its own page on your website is extremely important ::: A dedicated lottery page is extremely important.
Be sure to include information :::: Include information
how the lottery works, how the lottery helps your charity, how much they can win from the lottery, how to sign up, etc.::: how the lottery works, how it helps your charity, how much players can win and how to sign up.
