I need revision and formatting of my doctoral thesis.

I completed the preparation of my PhD thesis at the Atlantic International University ( An online University). However, as I am Brazilian, I am unsure because English is not my mother tongue. The text is all in English, following APA standards. There are 75 pages in word, including the bibliographic references and the dedication. It remains to format the index, as well as to carry out a general reading, excluding any inappropriate or meaningless expressions in English. Budget proposals are most welcome.
