I need detailed formatting corrections of Word documents

We have 4 publications we want to correct. Each publication has 20-30 academic essays written in Word. Each essay is approximately 3,000 words long plus endnotes and bibliography. Each document is approximately 90% correctly formatted already, but the essays have minor errors in formatting such as inconsistent headers, titles, spacings etc. We need these corrected so every document is consistent. Attached is an example to show you what you will be starting with.

Also attached is an example of a corrected document to show you what we need to end with. We will also give you detailed descriptions of the correct formatting for you to follow.

Skills: Attention to detail; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word; know how to convert Word to PDF and merge PDFs.
