I need an editor for my non-fiction autistic book

I would have explained that better in the project title, but the character limit is so small! Anyway, I've recently finished the first draft of my book, "Before You Fire Them", which is a guidebook dedicated to helping neurotypical (not autistic) managers and supervisors better understand their autistic employees. It's around 70 pages, and it's a pretty easy read/edit.

I need someone familiar with neurodivergence, especially the autistic brain. I need someone with excellent editing skills and attention to detail. Bonus points if you are also familiar with corporate culture (and its tendency to be unwelcoming to those who fall outside of the 'norm').
