I need a Word Doc converted and formatted into an Excel

I’m looking for someone to convert a 140 page word document that includes a detailed table with about 100 rows that contain complicated legal text that includes contract mark-ups and strikethroughs in different font colours. Several rows are too long to fit in a single cell in Excel. I have the Excel template that needs to be used. I need it converted from Word to Excel and fully formatted so that it replicates the Word document perfectly. I need it done in 24 hours.
