Final Proofreading of picture RHYMING book 5-8 years old

I am looking for someone who is experienced in proofreading FINAL EDITS of Children's picture book as well as the blurb and can SCAN through what needs to be added or taken out as well as grammar errors or language that needs to be improved as well as RHYMING are perfected so it's appropriate for the age group targeted...The language and rhyming for 5-8 years old picture book will be different for the younger age groups 3-5 years old

I want someone that is experienced, can use initiative and is able to PERFECT my FINAL edit of my story before it's PUBLISHED....
