Chapter proof reading & Editing

I am looking for an expert Linguistics proofreader and editor for my chapter in Linguistics. The chapter is 8000 words long and it needs bold proofreading and editing. The chapter must be of publishable quality after proofreading. The interested candidate/expert must:

1. Be an experienced proofreader/editor in Linguistics or related fields (PhD holder preferred)
2. Be native/first language speaker of English language (UK Preferred)
