Book copy editing

I am a successful English businessman, now retired and have written my autobiography which runs to 100,000 words. I intend to self-publish the book but before then my work will benefit from expert copy-editing. If you are interested in offering to do this work please let me have your proposal giving qualifications, experience, references, hourly rate etc. Before selecting the successful candidate I would expect you to be prepared to edit a short sample of my book, say, 1000 words, using change tracker. I would of course be prepared to pay for this. This will give me a chance to evaluate your work and allow you to assess the quality of my work.
