UI/UX Designer - Regulated Trade & Production Systems

We are building a platform for a regulated international trade and
production business. We need a UI/UX designer who has worked on
complex operational systems - things like facility management,
production tracking, compliance workflows, and trade operations.

The product covers areas that fall under international trade regulation
and compliance, so familiarity with regulated industries is important.

The project is 3+ months. Goal is to launch the first version one month
from now. Design runs in parallel with development. You will work
independently and own the design end to end.

Candidates with a defense, government, or military background
are very welcome to apply.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience designing complex operational or enterprise systems -
production tracking, facility management, logistics, trade platforms,
or compliance dashboards
- Understanding of regulated industry workflows is a strong plus
- Figma expert - able to build a proper component system that
dev teams can implement directly
- Can work independently and move fast
- Strong portfolio showing relevant work - operational interfaces,
facility or production systems, trade or logistics platforms,
or enterprise compliance tools

WE WILL DECLINE IF

- You have no experience with production, trade, manufacturing,
or operational system design
- You do not have a strong, relevant portfolio to show
- You are not comfortable working on projects in regulated industries
