Ghostwriter Romance Novelist Needed for Ebooks!

I need an author who can write 20k-30k word romance novels in a short time frame. I will supply a generic base for the story and the author will have creative license in building a believable plot and strong characters around the base.

Guidelines are that there need to be steamy scenes with little to no erotica involved. There can be no degrading of any character in the books, no prejudice, no rape, and characters sleeping with more than one person must practice safe sex by the use of condoms. Cliff hangers and intricate plot twists are important. Many of the books will be interracial romances. I prefer to have both male and female perspectives written as the book progresses.

Some of the books will be single stories, some will be two books as a set, and some will be trilogies. All of the books are ghost written, meaning that once the stories are submitted to me, all ownership and copyright will belong to me and no right will be retained by the original author whatsoever. All stories must pass copyscape and be completely original works. All stories must be written with Microsoft Word.

Writer must have a good grasp of the English language and use proper grammar.

Payment is provided for each story submitted whether it is part of a set or just a single story. I am extremely interested in building long term partnerships with good writers, making this a continuing job. If you are flexible on your price, please say so in your proposal, as I may make a counter offer to you if I like your submission, but you have overbid another candidate.
