Ghost writer needed

I am currently writing an e-book about PTSD in transitioning first-responders. Much of the book is complete and there is also already an outline. The ideal freelancer for this project will be able to review this information and complete it in a way that carries my voice throughout. This is a specialized topic, so preference will be given to freelancers who have experience in the mental health field or as first-responders. However, if you are able to show proficiency in writing about this field, I am also willing to consider you for this project.
