Creation of books on your favourite topics!

Hi, I am looking to commission some freelancers to write books on their favourite topics.
There are not many requirements, just;
- You have to fully understand the topic you are going to write about
- It can be a long or a short book, but must fully cover the topic
- You must have real life experience in the area that you are going to write about
- It would be advantageous to have qualifications in that area
- You must have good, clear English writing, grammar and spelling
- You don't have to do any design work for the cover etc.
- Alternatively if you want to design an illustrated book, children's book, sketch or colouring book etc then you can propose that.
- Use a word document or similar
Budget is a sliding scale depending upon experience, topic etc.

EDIT:- Your proposal MUST include a synopsis for what you want to write about / what your book with entail, your experience and qualifications in this area. Without this your proposal will NOT be taken forward.
I am happy to pay the deposit and full final sum once the book has been proof-read, altered if necessary and submitted for final copy, but it MUST be a finished piece once completed.
