    Please also provide more detail about the proposed word count for your e-book. Is your budget fixed? If so, it might be a very short book! Do you intend to illustrate your book - which would seem to be a good idea given the subject matter - and if so would the author need to source the illustrations or collaborate with someone else? What age group are you aiming for? That matters in terms of the language as well as the content. The more detail the better if you want to attract talented freelancers.
