Writing an eye catching short piece for local newspaper advert

We have recently set up an estate agency business. his far we have run a series of promotional ads in our local paper with limited positive response. o be frank the we consider our own efforts in writing are not too bad, and estate agencies are slow to capture the public's confidence. Confidence comes from seeing lots of "Sold" boards up, as well as regular local newspaper presence etc.

So we not expecting to see any improvement as its really a "time" thing, but with some help we may be able to put things across more effectively and hopefully a good writer can see perspectves we are missing.

its only a short piece we require. However some time will need to be spent reviewing what we have written in our previous local ads.
